The participants at the Norwegian national junior culinary team are not like other twenty year olds. They work full time in well-known restaurants around the country. And when they have time off, like many during Gladmat, they work as never before. This gang is looking forward to prepare four delicious dishes using local ingredients. www.linticket.no

When summer is over the training get back on track, they will show their skill in the World Cup in Luxembourg in November. Four or five days a month goes to the team, training or competitions. Around 50-60 days of absence, they must be willing to sacrifice each year.

Those who choose to enjoy the summer evening at the Gladmat dinner, can enjoy food from our upcoming culinary stars, who are in an entirely separate division. These chefs were brought up with Jamie Oliver, they flock around Gordon Ramsay. Hellstrøm is the great hero.
