700 guests have come to the table each day at Gladmat, in the Helgø and United Wineries restaurant. In the cava bar they have sold 3000 bottles of Spanish bubbels all together. This is the status Saturday morning.

- People have been queing each day at 1200, and we have worked really hard, says Knut Roar Wiig. At the same time we have gotten good feedback from the government bodies. Now they will enjoy the rest of the festival.

The experienced chefs have a lot of food in storage. - We have a lot of food, says Halvor Hedenstad. Some others have had to refill, because of more sales than expected. The cheesemaker Den blinde ku at Torget had no more cheese friday night, and returned home.
